Welcome to my blog. I am not a dietitian or personal trainer. I am just a girl on a mission to live a healthy life. My weight has been a lifetime struggle for me and it always will be. I have found success by keeping track of what I’m eating, drinking my Shakeology and completing my workouts daily . I love to run (intervals) and compete in races.
